So where the hell have I been? It’s been quiet here.
I’ve been off blogging for many months. Since I mainly blog about sporting events, I’ll reveal the reason now – I injured my knee in July and forced myself not to run for two months. Just to have enough time to really heal it. I started running again in late September. For the two months I replaced running with cycling and swimming. I have to say, my running form did not get hurt as much as I thought it would.
